High river levels today may lead to flooding.

River levels remain high on the Chertsey Bourne. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 13 March 2026, especially in areas of Chertsey close to the River Bourne. Showers are expected today and tomorrow. We expect river levels to stay high over the next few days.

We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. Go to River levels online for updates on current river levels.
