Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood Warning

Large and powerful waves are expected to overtop sea defences as a result of high spring tides and strong winds. Tides will be at their highest at 12:09pm on Wednesday, 11th March 2020 at Dover. Flooding to roads and farmland is expected at this times, however conditions may apply two to four hours either side of the high tide. Coastal conditions are expected to continue until after the high tides at 1:39pm on Friday, 13th March 2020 at Dover. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near areas that may be flooded. This message will be updated by 4pm on Wednesday, 11th March, or as the situation changes.
