Warning no longer in force

Wind strength is forecast to increase a little Wednesday afternoon, and remain around Force 5 until Thursday afternoon. Similarly, wave heights will not reduce until Thursday afternoon either. However, tide levels Wednesday afternoon (15:00 03/02/2021) are predicted to be approximately 30 cm lower than they were Monday. Each tide after, should be lower again through to the weekend. Small amounts of spray might still affect sea front fields, roads and gardens, near each period of high water, but impacts should remain minimal and are not expected to be widespread. Please continue to take care if you are visiting the coast. We will re-issue this message if the risk of flooding increases.
