River levels have now reduced, as a result, there is no longer a threat of flooding.
There may still be some areas where flood water is present until it can naturally drain away.
Skinningrove flood gates will be opened shortly, with full access expected by 07:20AM
We will continue to monitor the situation and will issue further alerts or warnings if necessary.
Continue to take care on waterside roads and footpaths and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger.
