Flooding possible. Be prepared.

Flood alert

River levels are rising which may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from 1:00 PM today and river levels will remain elevated into Sunday 08/12/2024.
Areas most at risk include riverside footpaths and low lying land and roads.
Further flooding is possible tomorrow as river levels are expected to remain high due to the prolonged rainfall.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
This message will be updated by 10:00 AM on 08/12/2024, or as the situation changes.
