The Powdermill Stream in Crowhurst is higher than normal, but has fallen significantly from its peak. Tuesday and Wednesday are currently predicted to remain dry, which will keep both river levels and flood risk low through this period. However, there is a possibility of more intense rainfall (up to 15mm) on Thursday and Friday (01/03/2024). Please remain prepared for the risk of flooding to increase again. We continue to monitor the levels and the forecast. We will re-issue this message if the risk of flooding increases again.
