Warning no longer in force

The groundwater level at the Woodyates borehole has dropped back below 103m above sea level.
The risk of flooding from groundwater has receded for the time being.
The weather over the next two weeks become more settled with occasional showers. Groundwater levels are still very high and will respond to any period of heavy rain. Our staff will continue to monitor the situation and will re-issue this warning should our groundwater forecasts indicated an increased risk of flooding.
