Flooding possible. Be prepared.
This is a flood alert update. River levels are remaining high due to continued rainfall and high groundwater levels. Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near rivers around tributaries between Salisbury and Ringwood. Further rain is expected today and over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses, and do not attempt to walk, cycle or drive through flood water. Never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car. Check local authority websites for road closures. This message will be updated by 11:00PM on 13 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
