Flooding possible. Be prepared.
River levels remain high in response to recent rainfall. Flooding is possible today, Monday 16th February. Flooding may affect low lying land and Squires Walk in the area of the Hatfield Brook Kempsey. Kempsey Flood Alleviation Scheme may become operational. Peak information: - Kempsey Yacht Club 6.2 - 6.4m Monday 16/02 PM. Further light rainfall is forecast over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. This message will be updated by 10:00AM on 17 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
