Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding.
Flooding is expected this afternoon and evening.
Areas most at risk include The Bridges, Little Thatch, Watermead, Capberton, Three Bridges and Old Bridge Cottage, West Street, Avon Edge and Stubbings Meadow Caravan Park in Ringwood. River levels are slowly rising after days of rain and high groundwater levels. Further showery rain is forecast for today and tomorrow which will keep river levels high.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and activate any flood protection products you may have.
