Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

This is an update to the current Flood Warning. River levels remain high due to recent rainfall and high groundwater levels. Flooding is possible. Areas most at risk include Roman Quay, Timbermill Court and Bowerwood in Fordingbridge. No further rainfall is expected over the next couple of days but we will continue to monitor the situation. Continue using any flood protection products you may have and acting on your flood plan if you have one. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. Never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car. This message will be updated by 5:00 PM on 17 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
