High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 08 February 2026 .
River levels have risen in response to recent rainfall and high groundwater levels. Flooding is possible. Locations most affected will be Fisherton Street, Bridge Street, Mill Road, Crane Street, New Street, Catherine Street, Brown Street, Exeter Street, Friary Lane, Greyfriars Close and Wiltshire College. More bands of rain are expected throughout the day today and over the next few days, and rivers may react and rise further.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Activate any flood protection products you may have and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
