Flood alert

High tides overnight may lead to flooding. 
Flooding is possible from 11:30pm tonight, to 1:30am on Thursday 11th December 2025. 
We expect high tide levels at Gorleston-on-Sea and water on towpaths and quaysides throughout Great Yarmouth. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Great Yarmouth of 1.9 mAODN at 00:30am, 11 December 2025, which is 0.87m above tide tables, Wind Force 5, South Westerly. 
We are closely monitoring the situation . 
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
