Flooding possible. Be prepared.
River levels remain high, but are falling following recent rainfall in the catchment. Flooding remains possible. Areas most at risk are those around the Heacham River, The Ingol, Babingley River and Gaywood River. The forecast is largely dry this week, river levels should fall throughout the week. Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We will update this message by 5pm today, Monday 4th March 2024, or as the situation changes.
