Flood warning

River levels are currently high. Flooding is expected throughout the night. Areas most at risk are Harding Way, Nursery Gardens, Russet Close, Bramley Road, Elsworth Close, Rookery Close, Sheepfold, Great Fathing Close, Little Fathing Close, Fathing Lane, Brookway, Willow Way, Abbey Retail Park, Parson Green and Parsons Drove. Further light rainfall is expected over the next 24 hours which will keep river levels high. Be ready to take action to protect your property if flooding is expected. We are monitoring the situation and not expecting it to escalate. We will update this message by 9am tomorrow, 21/10/2023.
