Flooding expected. Take action now.
High tides are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected from 08:45 am to 12:45 pm on 07 December 2025.
Areas most at risk include Lower Hamworthy and areas of Poole from Old Town, The Quay to Hunger Hill. Further flooding is possible this morning due to higher than normal tides combined with South Westerly force 6 winds. Peak water at Poole RNLI tide gauge is 1.41 mAODN at 10:45 am today 07 December 2025. (mAODN is height above average sea level.)
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads and low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and activate any flood protection products you may have.
