Property flooding is expected. River levels have risen on the River Cherwell at Woodford Halse as a result of heavy rainfall from Storm Bert. Therefore, flooding of property is possible this afternoon and overnight, 24/11/24.
Further heavy rainfall is forecast this afternoon and into the evening.
Move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. Have a bag ready with vital items like medicines and insurance documents. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated by tomorrow morning, 25/11/24, or earlier as the situation changes.
