Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight and into tomorrow morning due to Storm Darragh.
Flooding is expected when river levels are at their highest from 07:00 AM on 08/12/2024.
Areas most at risk include Felton Mill and Station Cottages.
Although the rain will ease overnight, river levels will remain high throughout Sunday morning.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Move family, pets and cars to safety and turn off gas, electricity and water if it is safe to do so. Please do not drive through floodwater as bow waves may affect adjacent properties.
This message will be updated by 10:00 AM on 08/12/2024, or as the situation changes.
