The River Dearne at Darton peaked yesterday a level below what was seen on the Dearne in this location in 2007. The River has continued to fall throughout today and is now below levels of concern. We are closely monitoring the situation from our Incident Room which is still open. Please be aware that there may still be standing water and debris around so remain aware of your surroundings when in this area.
