Flood warning

River levels remain high but starting to fall at Brampton. Flooding is still possible for the next few days while the rivers drain away from high peak levels. Areas most at risk are Waters Meet, Temple Close, Hartford Road, Tennis Court Avenue, Nursery Road and Brookside in Huntingdon, Main Street, Church Lane, The Grove and Old Houghton Road in Hartford. The forecast is for no further significant rainfall for the next few days. Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation and will update this message by 5pm, today Thursday 03/10/24.
