Flooding expected. Take action now.
Rising river levels have risen as a result of last nights rain. Flooding is expected from the early hours of 27 January 2026 . Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Isle with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected. Areas most at risk include Rose Mills Industrial Estate, Hort Bridge, Station Road including Holway House Park, Railway Cuttings, Home Farm Way including Home Farm Park, Green Lane, The Old Orchard and Winterhay Lane including the Manor Farm area. We are closely monitoring the situation and staff have been out checking rivers for blockages. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and activate any flood protection products you may have. This message will be updated by 10:00AM on 28 January 2026 or as the situation changes.
