Flood warning

River levels have risen at the Kites Hardwick gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is possible today Sunday 18/02/2024.
We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Hill Road, Sawbridge Road and Main Street areas in Grandborough and Southam Road area in Kites Hardwick.
Further rainfall is forecast as possible over the next 6 hours. We expect river levels to rise until this evening, Sunday 18/02/2024.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and call 999 if in immediate danger.
