Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

River levels are continuing to rise at the Kites Hardwick river gauge following heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is possible overnight into Friday, 23/02/24. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Hill Road, Sawbridge Road and Main Street areas in Grandborough and Southam Road area in Kites Hardwick.
We expect levels to peak overnight at Kites Hardwick.
We are closely monitoring the situation and our incident response staff have been out clearing weed screens across the area and we are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast.
Please avoid contact with flood water and call 999 if in immediate danger.
This message will be updated on 23/02/24, or as the situation changes.
