Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

Property flooding is expected. River levels are rising on the River Loddon following heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of property and roads is expected to continue today, 29/11/24, especially in the Twyford, Charvil and Wargrave areas. No further rainfall is forecast for the next 24 hours, but we expect river levels to continue rising today and remain high over the next few days. We are monitoring the situation. Move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. Avoid contact with flood water. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated by this evening, 29/11/24, or as the situation changes.
