Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning.
Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 .
Heavy rainfall has caused river levels to rise, with further bands of heavy rain forecast overnight and into Tuesday morning.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 02:00 on Tuesday morning.
The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around the caravan and camping site at Notter Bridge and properties at Newbridge and Kerney Bridge. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 04:00 and 08:00 on Tuesday morning, though we expect the river to remain high throughout the day on Tuesday.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Activate any flood protection products you may have .
