River levels at Brockham have now peaked and are beginning to fall. The risk of property flooding is now reducing.
A Flood Alert remains in force covering the wider River Mole area.
Weather conditions are expected to improve this afternoon, but river levels will remain high.
We are closely monitoring the situation and clearing debris from weed screens. We are prepared to re-issue this warning if required.
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
