High river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning.
Flooding is expected on 22 January 2026 from 7:00AM.
Locations most affected will be properties along Old School Road and Reigate Road, close to the river.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one , and activate any flood protection products you may have.
