Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 16 January 2026 from approximately 07:00 AM.
Locations most affected will be properties along Old School Lane and Reigate Road near the river.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Activate any flood protection products you may have and start acting on your Flood Plan if you have one.
