High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from the early hours of 27 January 2026 .
Heavy rain falling in the area will continue overnight.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 03:30 AM on Tuesday. The main areas of concern are Finnimore Industrial Estate, Thorne Farm Way Estate, and Luxtons Park. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are likely to remain high throughout the morning.

Never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car .Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
