Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

River levels are rising on the River Ouse due to Storm Isha and Jocelyn. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Ouse, with low-lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around properties along Intake Lane, Mill Lane, Yew Tree Close, Darling Lane and Hauling Lane. No significant rainfall is forecast over the coming days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Monitor local water levels and weather conditions. Consider putting your flood plan into action. You should avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. Plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 2:30am on Thursday 25/01/2025, or as the situation changes.
