Property flooding is possible.
River levels are very high on the Pang as a result of heavy rainfall last night and earlier today (16/2/20). Levels are forecast to continue to rise overnight.Therefore flooding of property is possible, particularly for properties closest to the river in the Tidmarsh area.
The forecast is for some further light rain this evening and overnight. We expect river levels to remain high for the next few days.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Please be prepared to move possessions and valuables off the ground and remain safe and aware of your local surroundings. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 17/02/2020, or as the situation changes.
