This Flood Warning has been removed.
The risk of flooding from Storm Dennis has now reduced. The flood warning for the area has now been removed. However, a flood alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect low-lying land, footpaths and roads. Further rainfall showers are forecast over the next 12 hours, but rainfall totals are forecast to be low.
We continue to monitor the situation. We are checking the condition of defences and clearing debris from weed/trash screens.
Please remain safe and aware of your local surroundings and avoid contact with flood water.
