High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 .
Heavy rainfall through the night has caused river levels to rise, with further rainfall forecast throughout Tuesday morning.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 06:00 on Tuesday morning.
The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Coypool Road and Park and Ride, Marsh Close and Marsh Mills Retail Park. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 06:00 and 09:00 on Tuesday morning, though we expect the river to remain high throughout the day.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Activate any flood protection products you may have .
