The River Roding has being falling steadily on Saturday 16th January and we do not expect any further flooding to properties in the Loughton area today.
Some rain and snow is currently falling in the area, although this rainfall will be less than we have seen earlier in the week, it will be falling on saturated catchments and could have some impact. We will reissue this flood warning if required.
Flooding to roads and low lying land in the Loughton area may remain and there may be standing water for several days.
