Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are rising at the Temple Mill river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is possible overnight and into tomorrow morning 19/12/2024. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Temple Mill to Sheepy Magna areas including Sibson Mill, Lovetts Bridge and Sheepy Parva.
Further rainfall is forecast over the next 12 hours. We expect river levels to remain high until tomorrow afternoon 19/12/2024.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast.
Please move family, pets, possessions, valuables and cars to safety and activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers.
This message will be updated by 10:00 tomorrow morning 19/12/2024, or as the situation changes.
