Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning. 
Flooding is expected on 28 February 2026 . 
Flooding may affect properties and roads in the Temple Mill to Sheepy Magna areas including Sibson Mill, Lovetts Bridge and Sheepy Parva. 
We are closely monitoring the situation and monitoring rainfall and river levels. 
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and Activate any flood protection products you may have. 
This message will be updated by 11:00AM on 28 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
