Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are rising at the Saxons Lode river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected Monday night, 25/11/2024 into Tuesday morning, 26/11/2024.
We expect flooding to affect Dunns Lane, Upton upon Severn. Dunns Lane gate closed.
Predicted Peak:- Saxons Lode 5.0m to 5.1m this morning, Tuesday 26/11/2024
Further rainfall is forecast over the next 48 hours.
We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and Local Authorities. Please move possession and valuables off the ground or to safety.
