Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are rising at the Bewdley river gauge as a result of Storm Darragh. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible overnight, 09/12/24.
We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in and around Northwood.
Predicted Peak:- Bewdley 4.4m to 4.7m Tuesday 10/12/24.
No further rainfall is forecast. We expect river levels to remain high until Thursday 12/12/24.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and Local Authorities.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and move possession and valuables off the ground or to safety.
