Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are peaking at the Bridgnorth river gauge following Storm Darragh. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland continues. We expect flooding to affect Quatford Caravan Park.
Predicted peak at Bridgnorth 4.6m to 4.7m Tuesday morning, 10/12/24.
No further rainfall is forecast. We expect river levels to remain high for several days.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
This message will be updated by 09:00 on Wednesday 11/12/2024, or as the situation changes.
