This flood warning has been issued due to heavy rainfall on Wednesday in the Yorkshire Dales. The current level at Grinton Bridge is 1.6m and this is expected to peak at 2.4m at around midnight. The current level at Richmond Lownthwaite Bridge is 1.7m and is expected to peak at up to 3.5m at around 1am to 2am. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this message as forecasts change.
