Warning no longer in force

The Flood Warning for the area has now been removed. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect roads and low lying land in areas around Goudhurst, Marden and Collier Street.

River levels are now falling but still pose a risk to roads, gardens and fields. Today, Friday 4 November 2022, will be dry but further rainfall is forecast from Saturday evening, 5 November 2022.

We continue to monitor the situation. Our incident response staff are out on the ground checking and clearing any blockages and debris from rivers.
