Property flooding is possible. River levels remain high on the Thames as a result of a period of sustained rain. Therefore, isolated property flooding, in addition to flooding of low lying land and roads, is possible, especially in the Hamm Court area. Further light showers are forecast overnight with heavier rain forecast for tomorrow (25/02/24). River levels will continue to remain high over the next few days, but we do not expect levels to reach those seen in January 2024. Move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. Avoid contact with flood water. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 25/02/24, or as the situation changes.
