This is an archived message. The status has changed more recently.
This flood warning has been removed. River levels are now falling, but the risk of flooding remains. A flood alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect roads and low lying land. Today 25/02/24 is forecast to be mainly dry before frontal rainfall moves in later on in the afternoon and overnight. River levels are forecast to continue slowly falling over the coming days. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels.
