River levels have risen at the Yoxall river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall over the past few days. Consequently, flooding of property is possible from 15:00 today, Wednesday 03/01/2024. Flooding is affecting properties in Coton Close, Church Road, Micklehome Drive and isolated properties along the A38 near Alrewas.

Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast and checking defences.
Please activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers, have a bag ready with vital items like medicines and insurance documents and call 999 if in immediate danger.
