The Flood Warning for River Wharfe at Burnsall remains in force. River levels have peaked and will remain high, with no further rise forecast. Flooding remains possible at Properties by Burnsall Green and Burnsall Bridge, including The Red Lion pub and holiday homes on the river bank. Further rainfall is forecast overnight and is expected to keep river levels high. Our incident rooms are open and we are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water. This message will be updated by 09:00am on 21/02/2022, or as the situation changes.
