High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 .
River levels are rising rapidly on the River Winniford due to heavy rainfall. Areas most at risk include North Chideock, Fairfax and Main Street Chideock. Flooding is expected at North Chideock, Fairfax and Main Street Chideock.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded Don't put yourself or others at risk.
