River levels are now steadily falling, but still remain quite high in some locations. A Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area. The forecast is for no significant rainfall over the next few days. Continue to take care on waterside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We will continue to monitor levels closely.
