Flooding expected. Take action now.
This message has been issued because some minor flooding to low lying land, roads and riverside areas is likely through the evening and over night into Friday 25th December. River levels are beginning to drop, but will remain responsive to further rainfall. Areas most at risk are Marlingford, Bawburgh, Cringleford and Mill Road in Barnham Broom. Including the B1108 at Earlham and Melton Beck. The forecast is for dry conditions today, which will allow river levels to start returning to normal. Be ready to take action to protect your property if flooding is expected. We are monitoring the situation, and will update this message as necessary.
