Flooding expected. Take action now.
Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from overnight on 08 December 2025 .
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from the early hours of Tuesday morning. The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Sandpark Wood at Yealmbridge, and Mill Leat Close, Torr Bridge Park and Boldventure at Yealmpton. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 3am and 6am.
This Flood Warning has been issued based off of the current forecast.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
