Flooding expected. Take action now.
Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from overnight on 18 December 2025 .
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Yeo, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Mudford Bridge, Parsonage Farm area and properties on Main Street. The River Yeo is continuing to rise and expected to reach the flood warning threshold later tonight. The rainfall has moved out of the area and drier weather is forecast tomorrow, Friday 19 December 2025.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and closely monitoring the situation.
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
